5. Once offered a place at TCC, what happens?"

TCC sends an enrollment pack to complete and a copy of the parent's Handbook. You'll also be invited to come and meet with the Centre Coordinator to discuss ylur child's needs and answer any questions that you have. It is also understandable that leaving your child at TCC can be difficult, so we offer a comprehensive orientation process that you and your child can visit TCC prior to starting care to enable you to become familiar with our educators and the children's routines, and have time to get to know and trust us.
